Biography
Melissa K. Driscoll is a Partner at the Firm with over twenty years of commercial litigation and insurance coverage experience.
Melissa practices in a wide array of general and commercial litigation matters with an emphasis on insurance coverage matters. Melissa frequently appears in both state and federal courts in New York City on behalf of the Firm's clients.

Melissa earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Geneseo in 1998 with a degree in Communications. She received her Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law in May 2004. While in law school, Melissa was a summer associate at the Firm and was a legal intern at the Quinnipiac University School of Law Civil Clinic where she represented indigent clients and handled bankruptcy, divorce and landlord/tenant disputes.
Melissa is admitted to the Bars of the States of New York and Connecticut and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Melissa and her husband reside in Manhattan, New York.
